Popular company benefits for 2019

It’s a new year and companies will be rolling out their latest offerings to incentivise their staff to achieve and over-achieve targets as well as attract new talent into their organisation. During the last few years the trends in company benefits have shifted from traditional benefits such as increased annual leave allocations or private health care to more tailored benefits including gym memberships, monetary incentives and other unique perks.
