The Solution Principal will be the primary point of contact for our client's EMEA sales team, to help drive request for service opportunities with large enterprise customers. The role will be a face-to-face role, which will be responsible for understanding key business objectives and and product solution architecture in order to establish services requirements. They will develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and forecast service wins / start dates to allow resource management. The Solution Principal will build strong relationships with customers, partners and team members and provide them with regular updates. The role will be based in London, UK.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a Sales Engineer or Pre Sales role as well as a good, functional knowledge of IAM (Identity & Access Management). They will come from a background within software and preferably have some experience of partner relationship management. The ideal candidate will be based in London, UK.
