The Regional Sales Director has responsibility for ensuring aggressive revenue targets are delivered against within the assigned territory. In addition, they are responsible for the Direct Management of Account Managers and Sales Engineers within the assigned region which covers OH, KY, IN, VA, DC, CT, upper NY State, CT and ME. The role will be home based within Philidephia or Ohio, USA .
The preferred candidate will have at least five years of experience within management and at least ten years experience of relevant field sales experience within Networking or Network Management Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a consistent and exceoptional record of over-achievement against target through management. They will have good tenures within their previous employment. The ideal candidate will be based in either Pittsburg (Philidephia) or Columbus or Cleveland (Ohio).
