Our client are a leader in the IAM / Access Governance market, having successfully grown the organisation over the last 10 years. They are bringing next generation software to the market, which can augment and improve existing technology without needing to replace it. They have recently received a large amount of Series A funding, and are looking to grow their sales function to support this.
The Customer Success Manager will be focused on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations. They will manage multiple accounts of varying size and complexity, predominantly focused on new customers across multiple verticals. The role will involve around 70% travel. The role will be based ideally near to an airport hub - Chicago, Dallas or Atlanta, USA.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within large enterprise clients and customers. They will come from a background within Customer Success Management, Delivery Lead or Project Management. Experience of IAM/IGA is vital. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with up to 70% travel and based near to an airport hub - Chicago, Dallas or Atlanta, USA.
