The VP Sales will be focused on driving sales within the North American territory. They will be responsible for building growth plans for target accounts and distributing target accounts amongst the sales team. They will be responsible for monitoring the sales goals and objectives of a sales team, as well as supporting them with identification and pursuit of sales opportunities to help them achieve and contribute to overall company performance. They will also actively participate in sales meetings and build strong relationships with customers. The role will be based in Atlanta, USA.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of managing a team and building a sales unit. A strong understanding of Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment or Merchandising software is also important. Further to this, a strong network within the Retail sector would also be beneficial. The idea candidate will be comfortable with getting involved in the day-to-day aspects of sales and will be a "hands on" manager. The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta, USA.
