The Senior Global Value Delivery Director will be responsible for leading Strategic Assessments (SOAs & SIAs), conduct workshops and provide thought-leadership to C-Level Executives and their teams. This will enable them to define their supply chain strategy, process and solution transformation roadmap and leverage our client's solutions. This role will include site surveys, interviews and workshops, engagement with executives and individual contributors to enable clients to develop a good comprehension of customer business objectives, business processes and business challenges. Further to this, they will also be responsible for leveraging industry and solution expertise to enable them to identify key business issues and possible resolution. The role will be based anywhere in EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of Strategy Consulting or Management Consulting experience, ideally within a Consulting Firm or as Senior Level Supply Chain Practitioner within the retail space. In addition, good experience with Retail-based SCM software (merchandising, category management, consumer segmentation, supplier collaboration and supply chain) would also be preferred. They will also be Retail Market experts and be comfortable communicating at C-Level. The ideal candidate will be based anywhere in EMEA.
