Our client is an established provider of the retail industry’s most advanced omni-channel solutions. Their solutions allow organisations to interact with their customers differently by having a more comprehensive understanding of who they are, what they want and the reasons they buy and then allows them to configure the solutions to exceed expectations.
The Sales Leader (EMEA & APAC) will be a senior-level role responsible for building sales organisations within the assigned territory. The Sales Leader will have between 5-7 direct reports (account executives) as well as the Head of Account Management. The role will be based anywhere in Europe.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Senior Sales Leader with a proven track-record of selling high-value complex solutions and building teams within both EMEA & APAC. Further to this, experience of working in SaaS and/or cloud-based models with B2B Tier 1 clients is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background of managing complex deal cycles and working in a global infrastructure. Prior experience of managing multi-territory teams is also preferred. The ideal candidate will also have Retail industry knowledge and experience and be fluent in English as well as another language (Italian, French, Dutch, German and Chinese). They will be comfortable with travel within the territory. The ideal candidate will be based anywhere in Europe.
