The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for putting customers' needs first; maintaining high levels of customer engagement (both via telephone and in person), conducting workshops and trainings, and suggestion solutions to challenges. Further to this, they will provide mentorship and guidance to newer Technical account managers and also collaborate with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions. The role will be based in Munich, Germany.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience within a customer-facing, customer success, account management or strategic consulting role with a background in professional services or technical. Further to this, experience within SaaS software (either RPA or Cloud Integration - API Management). In addition, a good programming knowledge in .NET (C#, C++ or Python) or Java or VB would also be preferred. The ideal candidate will be based in Munich, Germany.
