The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals. This will be a hands-on role within the company with authority of influencing decisions with the company's strategy. The Regional Sales Director role will involve extensive travel and will be based in Munich, Germany.
The ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience of managing and growing sales teams. They will enjoy working in a hands-on, client-facing role. They will be an energetic and accomplished leader, coming from a background in BPO or another related discipline. Languages are important and the ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English. The ideal candidate will be based in Munich, Germany.
