The Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end enablement process including pre sales, sales delivery and support teams. They will collaborate with partner teams to develop a strong partnership in front of customers, including co-marketing, sales and delivery plans to build strong sales and technical competencies. They will drive partner engagements (including on site meetings) with a focus on partner satisfaction and loyalty. They will develop partners to become product experts, be responsible for partner on-boarding, platform adoption, retention as well as expansion. Further to this, they will coordinate workshops, training, business reviews and suggestions to common customer challenges. The role will be based in Germany.
The ideal candidate will come from a background within a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management or Project Delivery role. They will have extensive technical experience within the domain or digital technologies. Experience within SaaS would also be beneficial. Languages are important to this role and fluency in both English and German is preferred. The ideal candidate will be based in Germany.
