The Channel Manager will work in collaboration with the Sales Teams and Channel Partners to allow them to identify channel opportunities as well as advising on any training needs and coach on delivery. They will be responsible for regularly making contact with Channel counterparts within partner organisations to discuss any challenges and provide feedback. Further to this, they will work closely with the Product Marketing Managers to provide feedback on sales promotions, events, webinars and status for partners as well as social media. They will be a point of escalation for customer service issues raised by the Channel Partner. The role will be based in the South of the UK.
The ideal candidate must have at least three years (ideally five) of Channel Management experience, preferably within Integration or Data Management. They must have experience of Mid-Tier organisations as well as reseller experience. Languages are important to this role, particularly European languages. The role will be in the South of the UK.
