My client are the leaders of verbatim management software services, controlling 60% of the market share for market research organisations. They are looking to increase the business they have with other corporate organisations across North America, where they already have a solid base. They can classify comments regardless of language, location, or colloquialisms. Their Text Analytics software can be customised to meet individual needs, keeping them one step ahead of the competition.
A key role for our client as they look to continue their growth across North America. Joininh a team of 5 covering the North American market focused on all verticals. The role will consist of identifying opportunities, building relationships, presenting the product, negotiating and closing the deal. Where needed, the candidate will need to work with clients on non-training issues such as upselling and renewing. Aside from focusing on winning new business, you will also be responsible for looking after the organisations 3 largest clients, taking them from the CEO.
You will have at least 7 years of experience as a sales individual, and will need to have sold or worked in Market Research. A strong new business hunter, but you have the ability to manage a small number of very important accounts. This is a fast paced and small organisation, so your ability to fit into the culture and working environment is key, especially as you will be working from home so you need to motivate yourself. Ideally you'll be based in the MidWest, but able to travel nationally when required.
