My client are the leaders of verbatim management software services, controlling 60% of the market share for market research organisations. They are looking to increase the business they have with other corporate organisations across North America, where they already have a solid base. They can classify comments regardless of language, location, or colloquialisms. Their Text Analytics software can be customised to meet individual needs, keeping them one step ahead of the competition.
This is a key role for our client as they look to continue their growth across North America. Joining a team of 3 covering the North American market focused on all verticals, the role will consist of identifying opportunities, building relationships, presenting the product, negotiating and closing the deal. This will take up 80% of your time. Where needed, you will need to work with clients on non-training issues such as upselling and renewing which will account for 20% of your time.
You will have at least 5 years of experience as a new business hunter, ideally selling Market Research solutions. If not then CEM software or Text Analytics will be considered. This role is for someone on the upward curve of their career who can grow and develop into the role as they go. Travel is required outside of California when needed to visit clients.
