The SMB Customer Advocate is responsible for managing the inbound request queue and assisting prospects and customers via online chat, email and phone. They will be focused on customer retention and resolution of any issues with onboarding of new customers. The role will be based anywhere in the Germany.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience within a sales, marketing or customer service role and have worked with CRM and Email Automation software as well. They will have an understanding of B2B software, OpenSource software as well as the Developer product space. They will be experienced within a customer-centric role and have a basic understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (including the technologies commonly used) as well as DevOps practices. A background of Product Demonstration would also be advantageous as well as a working knowledge of software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and Conversational Development. The ideal candidate will be based anywhere in the Germany.
