My client are a market leading Encryption and Data Security vendor who have been creating market leading, innovative technologies since the day they were formed. This role will see the successful individual will join a successful US team and be responsible for driving sales in the Mid-Atlantic region, a role created due to growth in the organisation. This is a new business focused role where you will be expected to generate new clients and markets, but also maximise the revenue from the existing accounts in the region. The focus here will be on Fortune 500 accounts. You will report directly into the VP Sales and work closely with them to develop the sales strategy for the region. You will be based within the Mid-Atlantic Region, ideally Pennsylvania or Maryland, and you will be able to work from home. You will be expected to travel when needed.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in successfully selling Security software into enterprise markets. Experience selling into the Fortune 500 is needed as this is the target area for the role. You will have at least 10 years of experience in overachieving your sales targets, with a strategic mind to enable you to plan the development of a region. You need to be a new business hunter, but be able to work with the existing accounts that are currently in place. You will be based in the Mid-Atlantic region with Pennsylvania or Maryland as the preferred locations.
