The Senior Customer Executive will own the strategy and execution of all sales opportunities for the allocated accounts within the region with a particular focus on Enterprise Accounts. They will own all sales revenue within the territory (typically 15 accounts over 2 years). They will be accountable for achieving booking plans for all new business. They will also run the inside sales activities through breakthrough and upsell into those accounts. They will develop and executive specific customer short, medium and long term account strategies and tactical penetration plans. The Senior Customer Executive will build long-term account relationships as a trusted advisor to customers. They will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role will be based anywhere in Germany.
The ideal candidate will come from a background with Supply Chain Management, AI or IoT software sales and preferably have experience within the Manufacturing industry. They will have a demonstrable track record of overachievement to target. Languages are important to this role and the ideal candidate will speak both German and English fluently. They can be based anywhere in Germany.
