    JPS Selection are looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing team and to work from their offices in Central Birmingham.

    Working within our Operations team, the Office Administrator will assist with the day-to-day functioning of the office. You will be involved in Documentation Formatting, Process Management, investigating lost revenue, handling telephone enquiries as well as ensuring the office is well-equipped and presentable. As an Office Administrator , you will support our team of Recruitment Consultants to ensure they are able to deliver a high-quality service to our candidates and clients.

    You must be well organised and reliable. Most importantly, you will be hardworking and embrace the team culture.


    • Excellent communication both verbal and written
    • Comfortable with handling inbound telephone calls
    • Hard working, with a positive attitude and a team player mentality
    • Good attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite to a high standard
