The Federal Solution Architect is responsible for on-boarding activities for new customers such as installation and training. They will be responsible for the overall relationship with assigned clients which will involve increasing adoption, ensuring retention and customer satisfaction. They will work in collaboration with clients to build Customer Success plans, establish goals and key performance indicators and help customers in achieving their goals and aims. They will also be responsible for measuring delivery against customer goals. As a trusted advisor for each assigned client, they will work with the Sales team to identify opportunities for development and cross-selling. The role will be based in Washington DC, USA.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience within a Pre Sales or Solution Architect role, preferably working with large enterprise accounts. They will have experience within the Federal (INTEL / IC) market. They will have experience with DevOps, OpenSource, Databases or Application Security Software. Further to this, they will have language experience with Ruby, Unix, Linux or BASH/Shell. The ideal candidate will be based in Washington DC, USA.
