Role / Market:
Our client is looking for an exceptional North American based inspirational SaaS leader to mentor, motivate and realise the huge potential from the commercial sales team who are focussed on the Enterprise market. You will be a natural coach, empowering the team whilst offering insight and guidance on an individual basis to maximise performances and future success. As an advocate of Salesforce and deal qualification / accurate forecasting you will be comfortable leading by example utilising sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDIC. Prior experience of running and developing a SaaS sales team is required.

Salary:
$170K / $340K OTE.
