Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Based Germany ideally, otherwise can be based in UK or Netherlands as a business fluent German speaker
Compensation: €70k-85k Fixed Salary, plus incentive plan
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a privately owned, pre IPO and well backed Data Compliance software provider. My client is at the forefront of helping their impressive portfolio of customers in sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences.
The role is a Customer Success Management role to actively manage customer relationships and the lifetime value of each assigned account by helping clients realize the economic value of their subscriptions in order to preserve and grow revenue and grow revenue. You will be required to be involved at post sales discussions and help project manage, implement and on-board solutions to start the customer relationship.
- 3+ years of Enterprise SaaS account management or customer success experience – or equivalent industry experience;
- Have a background in selling SaaS Cloud, subscription based solutions
- Relevant experience at Enterprise level into sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors
- Strong ability to identify opportunities for growth in account base and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support account growth;
- Can display characteristics of great communication, passion, drive, a can do attitude and solution provider
- German and English language skills required. Another European language would be useful
