Role / Market:
Having recently hired a new CEO with a background in customer success, this organisation is expanding its customer success team in North America. We are searching for multiple Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to an existing, enterprise customer base globally. This role would be remote and comes with the opportunity to earn a highly achievable and excellent bonus that the entire team overachieved against last year.
- Retain a high level of customer satisfaction, developing uniquely strong customer loyalty and trusted advisor status.
- Travel expectations, at most, will be 25%.
- A background in Supply Chain Management would be advantageous; however, our client will consider CSM's that are working in customer success roles within enterprise SaaS software companies.
