Role: CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) – Global Market Leading SaaS solutions Vendor
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
An incredible opportunity is available to join a privately owned market leading, global SaaS Solutions organisation. The company is well established with a fantastic history of success, yet their culture is that of a start-up. They are well positioned in the market with a unique portfolio of solutions. The role is for a dynamic, passionate and entrepreneurial leader to take ownership or circa $60m of revenue and a well-established sales & marketing function of circa 50 employees. Working alongside the CEO you will be responsible for bringing a contemporary vision to the sales and demand generation operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing revenues of circa $60m
- Ownership and passionate leadership of Sales, Pre Sales, Demand Gen and Indirect Alliance and Partner relationships
- Creative reform in both short term and long term growth strategy
- Manage and develop programs to attract, engage and convert prospective clients
- Take ownership of the sales funnel from prospect to account acquisition and growth
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable history of leadership within a high growth enterprise SaaS solution Organisation
- Experience developing and leading a multi discipline Sales Operation spanning Sales, Technical Sales, Demand Generation and Indirect Partners
- A track record of success that can be evidenced in terms of targets and achievements
- A visionary and contemporary thinker who has been the driving force behind prior successful software companies
- Must be based in Kansas City or willing to fully relocated
