The role is as an Account Executive in a fast-paced and quickly growing environment. Joining an impressive entrepreneurial team you will be responsible for securing new logo revenue in the Mid-West region.
Responsibilities will include:
· Educating and challenging the status quo with potential customers
· Understand the customer’s business objectives and drivers
· Communicate feedback internally on clients to multiple departments including Product and Engineering
· Hold a Bachelor or Master’s Degree
· A minimum of five years’ proven Sales experience
· Experience of SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers
· Exposure to Contact Center led customers or technology
