Our client produces a singular application for the entire DevOps Platform, allowing the world to move from Sequential DevOps to Concurrent DevOps, helping software become faster and more efficient while staying secure and reliable.
Our client is looking for an Area Sales Manager based anywhere in the East Coast Region. You will be responsible for the hiring, development and be able to lead a team of 5 – 10 Strategic Account Leaders to meet and exceed sales goals. This role is 100% remote.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 10+ years experience in field sales, operations, and leadership in open-source software or software DevOps environment (Application or Platform Software.)
- Experience in selling to Fortune 500; willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and sell.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)
- Good Tenures.
- Experience of working within different environments (large and small vendors) a bonus but not essential.
- URG (underrepresented candidates) a bonus but not essential.
