Customer Success Manager - San Francisco (Remote)
A rare opportunity has arisen to join a privately owned (pre-IPO) disruptive SaaS CX vendor at the forefront of helping their impressive portfolio of leading global brands ensure they provide exceptional and rewarding Customer Experience.
The role is as a Customer Success Manager in a fast-paced and quickly growing environment. Joining an impressive entrepreneurial team, as a trusted advisor you will provide guidance to customers, ensuring they realise the value from the CX solution.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for establishing a high level of trust with customers
- Driving satisfaction and loyalty, developing long terms relationships
- Understand the customers business objectives to maximise adoption of the solution
- Communicate feedback internally on clients to multiple departments including Product and Engineering
- Hold a Bachelor or Master’s Degree
- A minimum of five years’ experience working in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Experience of SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers
- Exposure to Contact Center led customers or technology is highly desired
