Who you are:
If you have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience recruiting within cyber security, data, infrastructure and/or supply chain management
- Experience placing sales roles from Business Development Managers to VP of Sales
- Billed £150k+ per annum and/or made multiple placements per month

What you can expect from us:
From day one you will learn and grow your consultative, headhunting and account management skills through our refined headhunting and client methodologies with regular and on-going training and on the job learning.
You will be trusted to take full responsibility of your candidate and/or client networks and be delivering by the end of your first week. You will be given full scope and support to scale your networks across North America, EMEA and APAC, through a wide variety of roles and aligned technologies, backed by a brand with more than a decade of experience, credibility and success.
As your skills progress and revenue grows, your role with develop through account management responsibility, business development and full client ownership if you so choose. Your development with be facilitated through continued training, challenge and on the job learning and will progress at a rate in line with your ambition, drive and results.
With the support and backing of our model, training and experienced Consultants you will have exponential earning potential within a highly rewarding commission structure and bonus scheme.
We operate a hybrid remote working model, with Consultants meeting in the office 1-2 days per week depending on location, and you will have all the resources and tools to do your job effectively whether at home or in the office.
We are set up for our Consultants to take their career as far and as wide as their ambition takes them!
