The commission structure is exceptional and has given me a better quality lifestyle as a result. Having come from an entirely non- related industry, I was impressed with the six months of intensive training and one to one mentoring I received when I started with JPS. The training and development is on-going and has been a major factor to the success I have enjoyed and the speed I have been able to accelerate my earnings. There are always new technologies to learn about and new sales techniques to try. I really enjoy the team culture and days out we have quarterly, as well as attending Michelin star restaurants as a reward for hitting my quarterly target.
