What was the brief?
Gitlab are looking to expand in their US, DACH and EMEA regions and requested the assistance of JPS Selection in order to source new talent. The roles are predominantly within the sales and pre sales teams and a variety of backgrounds required. JPS Selection are a trusted recruitment partner of Gitlab, which allows our team of consultants to develop a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
What was our process?
Once our team of consultants had reviewed the specifications for the hires, they began resourcing suitable candidates. Drawing inspiration from a list of donor companies, our consultants created a market-map of targets for sourcing. Firstly, our consultants looked within their own, extensive networks before utilising additional search tools.
